Do NOT rent a truck from here. The seat was duck-taped- SUPER uncomfortable middle seat. We were not told of an extra charge of $125. We also confirmed that we would hold it with one card and pay when we dropped it off with another. When we got to drop it off they said the charge was zero because it went on the other card and they couldn't reverse it! super annoying. We then called and tried to figure it out and they were not going to do anything about it. Finally they came me their costumer service number and said that MIGHT work. I am now waiting on hold on their 800 number for 12+ minutes waiting to get this fixed like they told me THEY would do in the first place! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!
Jim is incredibly rude and lacks any customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend his business to anyone.
I rent from this Budget center all the time for trips in the area or commutes to MSP. When I book in advance, the rates are great and the service is always top-notch.
